Langsam beginnen wir wieder mit den Vorbereitungen für unsere nächste Ausstellung. Dieses Mal wird es ganz nach meinem Geschmack. In Kooperation mit der wundervollen AROMA- KAFFEEBAR hier in München zeigt THE BAKERY zauberhafte Fotografien von JULIA SANDER.
„Das Süsse Leben“ ergründet die Frage warum uns Schokolade so sehr fasziniert und was eben dieser Genuss in uns auslöst. Julia hat dazu wunderschöne Antworten gefunden…

SEHEE- remember the words of a little girl

oh my! i´m really busy with the host of preperations for the VERNISSAGE of SEBASTIAN OTTO´s impressing art tomorrow at THE BAKERY. i´m really excited and  fussy because it´s the first exhibition after the „winter break“…. despite all that i was so honoured to read this nice post about US from a wonderful side called WE WILL BECOME . thank you, KARL!

Roman Cieślewicz

Roman Cieślewicz (* 13. Januar 1930 in Lwów, Polen; † 21. Januar 1996 in Paris) war ein polnisch-französischer Grafiker und Illustrator, Plakatkünstler und Fotograf. Er arbeitete viele Jahre als Illustrator oder Art Director, zum Beispiel für Elle (1965-1969) und die Werbeagentur MAFIA (1969-1972).

i love mosaics. the structure, the look and the haptic…the wonderful possibility of creating patterns and the feeling to run over! Found these amazing motives in a metro station in switzerland…oh! i wish to mosaic the kitchen wall next to my cooktop-  mhhhh i think i really have to try!

last night i taped these wooden letters on my kitchen wall!
its a small verse from sunset rubdowns- shut up i´m dreaming of places where lovers have wings…so deeply in love with this song for a long long time…

1260 GRAD

i found a wonderful shop called 1260 GRAD last week in munich where i bought that vase- perfect shape and size with a really special structure. they sell very lovely self- made pottery and i could spend hours snoopin around…right across the street i got this spray of dahlias to give the vase a perfect accessory!

i bought that wonderful book today and can´t wait to absorb this outstanding collection of Olle Eksell´s graphic design works…

Hmmm.Woody!?

ok ok…its the older version of „woody“ but i relaunched the motive and now i´m deeply in love with it again!  but please feel sorry for me…unfortunately i´m out of my stitching condition and now i have big red blister on my  thumb. Ooouch!

The Bakery: Artmission Completed!

finally it´s done… the flyer is printed, stamped and minted and we are so happy and content and ready to – ha!-  conquer the world with our brand new flyer.

i am so excited! the wonderful anne abert from hamburg will do an installation at the bakery gallery. its gonna be a stop motion movie installation based on a fiction by boris vian. vernissage on friday, 25th of april starting at 20.00h

i am so in love with her playful und detailed approach to create unique and beautiful worlds and by the way, anne is a marvellous person as well.

so if you are as curious as i am come by and have a look at this fantastic piece of art.

 this is like a little sneak- preview of my upcoming collection…a friend of mine preordered my ghost shirt and i´m really excited to see him wearing it.

i have tested different variations for the label design and i´m still working on the perfect font, but i´m really into these costumized descriptions for every single piece.

furthermore every shirt comes in an special envelope and with a stamped phrase on it.
